YOURS TRULY has filed  a copyright infringement action against MEDIAPART S.A.S. pursuant to French Intellectual Property Right Law L331, L335-2 and L335-3.

A WRIT was issued to Mediapart in April 2011. Based on factual documents, the writ alleges that Mediapart.fr knowingly engaged in copyright violations by reproducing and using documents handed and addressed to them to create and launch « mediapart.fr/english version ».
The writ seeks damages for financial prejudice incurred since October 2010.
